Flagship course
Journey Reporting Studio
Eight weeks of guided practice turning application analytics into customer journey reporting your stakeholders can argue with productively.
Who it is for
Product analysts, growth PMs, and customer success leads who already export events but still present journeys as screenshots. You should be comfortable with spreadsheets; warehouse SQL helps but is not required.
Modules
1. Event honesty
Audit naming, properties, and silent duplicates. Produce a one-page taxonomy contract your engineering partners can sign.
2. Stage maps that survive redesigns
Define journey stages as intents, not button labels. Practice remapping after a UI change without rewriting history.
3. Funnel stories with friction notes
Build conversion views that pair drop-offs with qualitative snippets from support tickets.
4. Cohort boards for weekly rituals
Design a board your team opens every Monday — not a deck that updates quarterly.
5. Retention without overclaim
Write retention narratives that separate seasonality from product change, using Thai SaaS examples.
6. Stakeholder briefs
Ship a two-page journey brief with a single recommended experiment and a clear “what we still do not know” section.
Learning outcomes
- Publish an application event taxonomy tied to journey stages.
- Assemble a weekly journey board from exported analytics.
- Deliver a stakeholder brief that names uncertainty explicitly.
- Facilitate a 30-minute journey review without drowning in charts.

FAQ
Do I need a modern data warehouse?
No. Several alumni work from CSV exports and product analytics UIs. Warehouse access speeds some exercises, but the studio is built so limited tooling is not a blocker.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not teach deep statistical modeling or ML attribution. If your team needs causal inference papers implemented in production, this studio will feel too narrative-focused — by design.
Are sessions in English?
Yes. Materials and live sessions are in English. Bangkok office hours can include Thai clarifications when the cohort prefers.
Notes from alumni
“Module 4’s Monday board replaced our sprawling Looker folder. Stakeholders still ask for screenshots sometimes, but the board is the source of truth.”
“Arisa’s taxonomy contract saved a painful rewrite after our checkout redesign. I still wish week two had more video — the reading pack is dense.”
